You can help the Wisconsin Lutheran Choir tour this spring!
It’s been twenty years since our traditional tour concert closer Abide With Me first made an appearance in a tour program. Now we wouldn’t conclude a tour performance without it. How fitting for our 2020 Spring Concert Tour to ponder the impact this beloved hymn has had on many “generations” of Wisconsin Lutheran Choir members and audiences. Over the last 20 years, we have performed “Abide” in 19 states and 8 countries, and in 2020 we will add state number 20!
In March of 2020, we will have the privilege of sharing God’s gift of music with congregations and schools in Arizona and southern California. We will also enjoy host family hospitality, group activities, and a welcome break from Wisconsin’s March weather. The student participation fee for this amazing opportunity is $350. Choir members are responsible for meeting this financial obligation through personal and family contributions, as well as through personal fundraising.
