This Leadership Lunch Series session begins with a video followed by activities including small and large group discussion. Our next topic “What’s Your Motive” we listen to Patrick Lencioni, Best-Selling Author as well as Founder and CEO of The Table Group.  Patrick is the author of eleven best-selling books with more than 5 million copies sold.  Dedicated to providing organizations with ideas, products and services that improve teamwork, clarity and employee engagement, his leadership models serve a diverse base from Fortune 500 companies to professional sports organizations to churches.  Lencioni will shares insights from his book The Motive and explain the importance of understanding why someone wants to be a leaders in order to understand how to be a great leader.
