Donate supplies for a blanket that will be made by WLC Students for only $20.00 | Cash Donations can be given to Rachael.Helt@mail.wlc.edu.

Donations will be accepted from 11/22/2022 - 12/6/2022

The blanket making event is scheduled for 12/9/2022 following classes. 

More Information:

• Penny's Purpose is an organization in Antioch, IL that supports the community by making and collecting blankets and parterning with local groups to support their donation drives. In the 2020 Blanket Drive, 1,438 blankets were collected and donated to Reach Rescue, Midwest Veterans Closet, Cory's Project, Willow House, Children's Hospital of Milwaukee, I.O.U. Foundation, and Love Inc along with other organizations throughout the year. 
• Penny Soulak lived a life of giving, and in her honor and memory we continue with the gift of giving. May you find comfort and warmth from the extended hands of Penny Soulak.

• Donation Information: The minimum donation amount is $5.00, but you are welcome to donate more if you are able | This project is a fundraiser organized by a WLC Student Organization.  All donations are considered personal gifts to this project will be used to purchase supplies to create new blankets. These donations will not be considered donations to WLC for the purpose of tax deduction.
