Warrior Scholarship Challenge

Give by June 30, 2017 and your gift will be matched!

Springtime at Wisconsin Lutheran College is when scholarships are awarded. This spring, share your blessings in the form of a gift to assist budding Christian leaders. It’s time to plant a seed through a scholarship gift, because the seeds planted today sprout tomorrow to make an impact.

  • 99% of our students receive scholarships and financial aid.

  • Only through the growth of our scholarship fund will more WLC students earn their degree and flourish.

  • You can help make WLC a realistic opportunity for young men and women who are ready to become the Christian servant leaders of tomorrow.

How can you help?

1. Make a Contribution to Support Christian Servant Leaders Today!

Your gift, turned directly into scholarship dollars, could be the deciding factor for a new student to come to WLC in the fall. Gifts made toward scholarships before June 30, 2017, allow WLC to attract potential students over the summer who are making their final college decisions. Make a gift here!

2. Give a gift toward expanded academic programs.

Expanded academic offerings mean new scholarship dollars that need are needed to be awarded to new students.

  • Pre-Pharmacy

  • Pre-Law

  • Pre-Engineering

  • Pre-Optometry

3. Create a Named Scholarship.

  • Donors can create an annual named scholarship at WLC by making a minimum yearly gift totaling $1,000 or more for that purpose. This scholarship will continue to be awarded as long as the donors contribute to the scholarship at the $1,000 level annually.
  • When scholarships are created, donors can name a scholarship to honor or memorialize family members, friends, professors, or mentors.
  • Donors can reflect their passions and interests by indicating what type of student receives their scholarship. The scholarship can be designated for a specific type of student (nursing major, education major, etc.); it's the donor's choice!
  • Other contributing family members or friends can specifically designate gifts to that scholarship as well, and matching gifts can also be directed to the scholarship.
If you have any questions on making a gift, please contact Denise Terrell at 414.443.8823.
